The Time Traveller's Wife

Clare, an art student, and Henry, an adventurous librarian, have known each other since Clare was six, and Henry was thirty-six. Yet when they marry, Clare is twenty-three and Henry is only thirty-one. Impossible but true. Henry is one of the first people diagnosed with chron-displacement disorder. Periodically his genetic clock resets and he finds himself misplaced in time. His disappearances are spontaneous, his experiences unpredictable, alternatively harrowing and amusing. Clare and Henry attempt to live normal lives; a pursuit threatened by something they can neither prevent nor control.
