Özet

The poems of Kara Kam, which first fell into the mind of "Bican Agay" in Ankara on a "yellow and black" autumn night in 1971 and forced him to get out and see the light, wandered in the shadows for years, looking for passages that would make him visible, occasionally uttering a few verses with a few imaginary probes. Following many rises and falls, he made his voice heard piece by piece throughout the 90s and when it was completed seventeen years after his last speech in 2003, it became a monumental Turkish epic of 3631 lines that voiced our story from the creation of the universe and man to the exit from Ergenekon. Kara Kam's Türk Bitigi, which has reached us as the forty years of literary and linguistic production of Ahmet Bican Ercilasun, is a contemporary work constructed with a language span nourished by the roots and branches of our national epic as a source. The epic consists of an original articulation of the Turkish-origin vocabulary of the language of one hundred and fifty years before the Orkhon Monuments, arranged according to the text, sound and morphology of the Gokturk period, and the transfer of this original text to the standard Turkish of Turkey with some new creations.
