My essay for today is “Be Where Your Feet Are.” This one was a soft but striking reminder that presence isn’t just a practice, it’s a portal. In a world that constantly pulls me into the past or future, I forget that everything I’m working for… begins here. Not in the what ifs. Not in the when-I-finally’s. But in this breath. This step. This moment. Being where my feet are doesn’t mean I stop dreaming, it means I trust that the path unfolds from where I stand now. And that’s enough.
