Polar Bear Survival

Polar Bears live on the ice, but their home is changing. As our planet Earth is getting warmer, the ice is melting. Polar Bears need the ice to hunt from. As the ice melts, they cannot find enough food to stay alive. It is getting hard for them to survive.
