Animals to Read About

Why do children need to read more than just the text messages they receive on their mobile device? The answer is simple. The United States is only 25th in reading literacy amongst nations of the world. This is a complete disgrace. Where will the imaginative creaters of the future come from? Imgination is inspired by reading. For the beginning reader a book about animals is a good begining for the children to ask questions. Animals are always interesting, and the poems and cartoon presentations should hopefully be read time and time again. The book should promote a gathering of additional information and perhaps generate a trip to a local zoo."
