Collectible First edition- One of an unspecified number of copies with a fascimile of Puzo's holograph dedication to Bert Fields on a page tipped-in next to the printed dedication page. The dedications reads, "For Bert Fields who snatched victory from the jaws of defeat and who could be the greatest Consigliere of them all. With admiration Mario Puzo." Fields represented Puzo in business matters and is the Puzo estate attorney. The novel was completed by Puzo's companion, Carol Gino, and published posthumously.
