The Water Puppets A Story from the War in Vietnam

In south Vietnam in 1967, Xuan's village is destroyed in a bomb attack. He and his family are forced to make a dangerous journey through their wartorn country in the hope of finding sanctuary with his brother in Saigon. But their struggle soon turns to one of life and death as their arrival in the capital coincides with a major offensive. Suggested level: intermediate, junior secondary.
