The Ten Commandments

In this work, Thomas Watson, specifically emphasizes the importance and necessity of obedience of God's commandments. <p>It is not enough to know the commandments. It is eternally vital to obey them as well. The whole reason to know the commandments is to obey them.</p> <p>Of course to obey the commandments it is necessary to understand them and it helps to also understand why God commands them for us.</p> <p>When you realize God gives us His commandments for our own protection, safety, and well-being then you can fully appreciate His commandments as part of His grace and love toward us.</p>
