The Brownings' Correspondence

This is an edition of the correspondence of the two major Victorian poets and literary figures, Robert and Elizabeth Barrett Browning. The correspondence is accompanied by full biographical, literary and historical notes and documentation. The edition will be completed in approximately 40 volumes, totalling 12,000 letters and spanning more than 80 years of the 19th century.
