Song of the Reich "Mein Kampf" in Translation

An American philosopher takes on the mind of Adolf Hitler. Purpose: to disprove & prove certain given propositions. The author contends that no history can be written before one hundred years after an event. This means "historical revisionism" is a fallacy perpetrated against public mind. Although the writer does not claim to be a witty intellectual, he attempts to write a history just fifty years after the event! Can this be done? That is the question... Another purpose is clarification of cause & effect realism: Public consciousness has been grossly misled regarding events in Germany sixty years ago, because Orwellian media has concentrated on specific effects, while artfully disregarding general causes, thus performing massive fraud against both common sense & logical thought. Therefore: What were the vital ideas which underlaid singular Germany's Third Reich Era? How did one man obtain so much effective state power? How does "idealism" & "realism" interact?
