"In collaboration with the Instituto Cervantes, UNAM publishes Grito hacia Roma (Cry to Rome), a translation into nearly thirty native languages of Mexico and the Americas of Federico García Lorca's poem "Grito Hacia Roma" (Cry to Rome), published posthumously in New York in 1940. This work is a tribute to the Granada-born poet and, at the same time, a reaffirmation of hope for a just future for humanity; it is also an invitation to continue raising our voices against injustice through the universal language of poetry, as well as a celebration of Mexico's multicultural richness, which it shares with other countries in the region. This multilingual edition contains some illustrations developed by Lorca himself and photographs of the poem, typed and corrected in pencil by the poet" --
