Gaslighting America

I used to think that regardless of party, whoever was elected to the presidency and to the highest levels of our government, generally wanted what was best for the country. Sure, they made mistakes, but governed in our best interest. I realize now that corruption and blind ideology can reach even the highest office in the land.
