In this collection of papers on Ethics, Ioanna Kucuradi clarifies concepts related to Ethics as a philosophical discipline, starting with the term 'ethics' itself. She details an approach to Ethics as knowledge, not as a systems of norms, in light of which she discusses theoretical problems related to the evaluation and value problem we come across in everyday public life and politics. As a result of this discussion, which makes obsolete the relativism-absolutism debate, she suggests ways which, if followed, promise to make it possible to overcome some of these problems.
