Bert lives with his dad, and his dad's friend Liz often comes to visit. Bert likes Liz a lot, but he doesn't like Geraldine Greer very much. Geraldine lives next door to Bert and they often argue. They argue about plasters and wobbly teeth and what game to play. But what really annoys Bert is when Geraldine tells the class his important news.
