Thomas Bulfinch wanted "to teach mythology not as a study, but as a relaxation from study; to give our work the charm of a story-book, yet by means of it to impart a knowledge of an important branch of education." This book includes edited texts of the Kearys' <i>Heroes of Asgard</i> and selected stories from Bulfinch's <i>Age of Fable</i>, along with study helps and discussion questions. It has been created especially for the use of students following the AmblesideOnline Curriculum.
